Navigating Workify Mobile
A large Workify Mobile dropdown navigation menu is available to view Jobs, Purchase Orders and Timesheets of the logged in user.
Any jobs that are currently assigned to the user for today will be immediately visible in the Jobs Management view.
The job description, address, assigned workers and schedule information for the job is visible. Jobs can also be filtered by schedule (Today, Tomorrow, Missed, All) or by Status (Open, Urgent, Complete) where needed.
Selecting a job from the list will automatically open the details view of the job to see more information.
Managing Jobs
The job details view allows your Worker to do the following actions to an assigned job:
- Add charges or products to the job incurred by the customer at time of visit which can easily be converted to an invoice at a later time.
- Update the status of the job to completed, in-progress etc which automatically fires email notifications to all Workify users attached to the job. See the changes in real-time in Workify.
- Pressing the map will automatically prompt to start directions to the job address on your smart device.
- Pressing the phone number will prompt to call the phone number on a smart device.
- Add any job notes to the job.
- View or add job documents or photos pertaining to the job.
- Reschedule the job.
If any of these operations are done on a job by a worker these changes are automatically stored for auditing in the Timeline for the job. Giving normal Workify users visibility into the on-going progress of the job while in the office.
